small living space idea

Hongkong which is one of the most populated country in the world and with the fact that the land is small, caused the country to be very dense. These lead to the organization of the city with high to save space which finally affected the size of people's living spaces in Hongkong.
But living in small space doesn't mean that people can't live comfortably.

Gary Chang , instead of living  in 560 sq m ft apartment ,he can handle well and fully maximize the apartment for his living. From the video ,movable wall provides hidden cabinet that enable the user to have more storage. Foldable and multipurpose furniture will save space in the apartment. Light is also important thing so that the whole rooms won't look narrow. putting mirrors could increase the light in the rooms and the illusion of people's eyes to make the room seems wider.

 Similar to Gary, Graham Gill also has the movable wall and other things like foldable  and  multipurpose furniture,hidden cabinet, etc. From his video I learn that the movable wall could create new section for people( one room became 2 rooms(bedroom and guest room))

From these two videos, movable wall that ends up to have hidden cabinet indeed plays a huge role for small living spaces.
