Solutions' Problem

From the top three solutions, there are the pros and cons of the problem.

Transformable house with platform floor concept.
Positive: Multifunctional living style for the user and save spaces.
Problem: where to put  or storage for the stuffs?

Underground building
Positive: Save the construction of buildings on the land by alternating them to underground.
Problem: Although it could help a lot in saving spaces, but in Singapore, where can we build? As Singapore has many MRT lines.

Virtual Reality: It is too sci-fi and not deliver much helps in the problems of living spaces that are getting smaller.
